An Arkansas Delta native, Chris has called Little Rock home for more than 18 years. Chris is a skilled communicator who puts his clients’ interests at the forefront while bringing creative solutions to the table to ensure that their real estate goals are met. His in-depth knowledge of Central Arkansas is underpinned by his 20-year career in economic development at the local, state, and national levels and anchored by his time at Entergy Arkansas and Boyette Strategic Advisors.

With strong working relationships throughout the Little Rock region and Arkansas, Chris uncovers buyers and markets properties through his extensive network. He enjoys combining his business acumen with customized marketing strategies to create “wins” for each client. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Capital Sotheby’s International Realty, Chris strives to ensure that every property evokes a story and that each property is artfully syndicated to publications such as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, James Editions, Barron's and other online channels through the exclusive relationships offered by Sotheby's International Realty. While leading the brokerage through the implementation of all marketing, branding and public relations initiatives offered by Sotheby's International Realty, Chris is the champion for the agency's marketing and communications strategies. Notably, he was recognized in 2021 and 2022 by At Home Arkansas as an Agent to Love, Soiree's Little Rock's Best Real Estate Agents in 2022, 40 in their 40s by Arkansas Money and Politics and by Central Arkansas Real Producers magazine as a Rising Star.

Because of his innate desire to see the region prosper, Chris spearheaded the development of Create Little Rock, the Little Rock Regional Chamber’s initiative to keep, attract, and grow creative talent. Chris is a Class XXV graduate of Little Rock Regional Chamber's Leadership Greater Little Rock as well as a longstanding member and former Board of Trustees chair of the organization. Further, he has served in leadership positions for many local, nonprofit boards that serve the community and was the 2020 chair of the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.

While he may tell you that his education was derived from his family’s legacy in agriculture, Chris is a graduate of Arkansas State University and has a concentrated study in master-level organizational communications from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.

“I have a vision for living. It’s about elements of style. It’s about all the things that I love, that I believe in.” Ralph Lauren
